Be active: go for a walk, run, step outside, dance, do some gardening. Find something you enjoy that suits your lifestyle and mobility.

Take notice: pay attention to the world around you, be mindful of the moment, see the beauty and the seasons, feel your thoughts and emotions.

Keep learning: try something new, rediscover something old. Take on a new responsibility, challenge yourself.

Give: do something nice for somebody else. Thank somebody, volunteer your time.
